It sorts the videos by which ones have received the most likes. So the default is "Date" showing you the most recent first. "Like" shows most likes first. Lastly, "Views" Shows most viewed videos first.

You looking at "video sorted by like count". If you want to see video specifically you liked, it's should be user/liked. BTW, in "liked" page order by date uploaded, not by date you liked them, it may be confusing.
